These are some of the observations made during the review of Part 2: Timeliness of Critical Business Functions. Participants completing this form should review this list before submission.

  • In column (d) or " Time of Year/Month/Week/Day that the function is most vulnerable", you will need to provide the worst casr scenario:
    • End of each quarter or 31 Mar, 31 Jun, 31 Sep, 31 Dec
    • By cut-off time at 4:30 each day
    • Mid month and end of each month
    • Just before the start of the event
  • Common error
    • Project closing - should rewrite as "6 day before the project closure"
