* To help develop a crisis communication response strategy to quell rumours, employees shall notify the crisis management team (Operations Centre) of any crisis situation as early as possible.

Notifying Corporate Communication (Crisis Communication)

  • To help develop a crisis communication response strategy to quell rumours, employees shall notify the crisis management team (Operations Centre) of any crisis situation as early as possible.

Corporate Communication shall gather and verify information in a crisis and is the only crisis management team leader authorized to release information.

A representative of the business unit impacted by the crisis will provide the Crisis Communication with all relevant details/facts as they learn them.
