Requirement for ORAE
The Operational Resilience Audit Expert (ORAE) certification is designed and developed to instil pertinent concepts and knowledge in OR practitioners, enabling them to drive organizational-wide OR programs. The content includes:
- Plan and develop the initiation of the OR implementation
- Assess Capability and Maturity
- Analyse Gap
- Develop a Strategy and Roadmap
- Confirm Risk Appetite
- Develop and Embed Governance
- Sustain Your Operational Resilience Program
- Introduce Cultural Change Management
- Develop a Communication Strategy
- Implement Training and Awareness
- Provide Self-assessment
- Conduct Independent Quality Review
This course is designed and developed to train appointed OR team leaders and members, BC managers, planners, and project managers.
Criteria
The individuals should have met and continue to meet the following requirements:
- Successful completion of the OR-400: Operational Resilience Manager (duration 2.5 days including half-day examination) or OR-5000: Operational Resilience Expert Implementer (duration 5 days including half-day examination).
- Successful completion of the ORAE examination with a required passing score of 75% out of 100 Multiple-choice Questions (MCQ)
- At least 3 years experience in Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), Disaster Recovery (DR) and Operational Resilience (OR).
Fee Payment
- Application Processing Fee: SGD 150 (Non-refundable even if the application is rejected)
- Certification Maintenance Fee: SGD 150
Award of Electronic Certificate
Only an electronic certificate or e-certificate (softcopy) will be issued for all successful applications. However, a hardcopy certificate is also available upon request from the online store: SGD 50 (not inclusive of courier charges)
