    • Contact PUB by Property Officer if direct water supply disruption
    • Standby at site by Property Officer


After T+4 Hours

  • HOW
    • Monitor and resolve work urgently
    • Turn on power generator for essential services like lift services
    • Arrange water wagon to distribute water

Restoration & Return

  • HOW
    • Receive report from PUB/ PowerGrid
    • Submit report to GM
