Facilitator

Facilitator is also known as online facilitator or hosts of the BCM Institute Forum. They are the primary enablers of any virtual community.

Notes (1): It is their enthusiasm and the challenges faced in communicating and collaborating in cyberspace that can make or break flagging online communities.
Notes (2): Without their efforts, it is difficult to build momentum, maintain the flow and generate the activities that will help to ensure return visits to the forum.
