1. Crisis Management or CM Planning Process or Methodology is the planning process for the implementation of any CM plan. The phases are as follows:
Notes: This methodology applies to crisis communication. The adoption of a common seven-phase BCM methodology will allow the different plans to be aligned to integrate the common elements. For example, the threats and crisis scenarios can be aggregated as part of the enterprise risk management's risk assessment process.
