1. Business Unit (BU) BCM Coordinator is a staff member appointed by a head of business unit to serve as the liaison person responsible for all BCM direction and activities within the business unit.

Note: The BU BCM Coordinator may or may not be the Recovery Team Leader. This person may serves as a representative for the business unit while, durng recovery, the Head of business unit may appoint another functional team member to lead the Recovery Team.
