1. Crisis Communication Body of Knowledge 0 or BCMBoK 0 defines the fundamental definitions and knowledge about CC. These definitions provide a common understanding in organizational business units and departments by identifying critical processes; develop effective and efficient response, recovery and resumption procedures to ensure the continuity of these critical processes.
