Organization BCM Coordinator
| 1. An Organization BCM Coordinator is a staff member who is assigned the overall responsibility for coordinating the organization’s BCM program.
Note: Usually, this appointed person is the Subject Matter Expert in Business Continuity Management (BCM).

2. Those assigned responsibilities defined in the BCMS, those accountable for BCM policy and its implementation, those who implement and maintain the BCMS, those who use or invoke the business continuity and incident management plans, and those with authority during an incident.
