1. Issue Management is to anticipate, assess and address the trends and potential changes in an organisation’s business environment.

Notes (1): It entails forward planning to address opportunities and threats, and responding rapidly to issues that might threaten its reputation or relationships with employees, stakeholders, customers or suppliers.
