David Chin is currently a Senior Academic Staff, School of Culture and Communication at Republic Polytechnic and was an Account Director at Hill & Knowlton Singapore’s Technology Practice.  David specialises in training for message development, media and crisis communications. He also leveraging analyst insights to provide strategic positioning counsel to clients. He has trained C-level spokespersons at CA, 3Com and ST Engineering as well as led media training for vice principals from the Ministry of Education.

For message development and delivery, David has served as advisor to companies including Tata Communications, Brocade, LG Electronics, 3Com, CA, VMware, Sony Ericsson, Sony Electronics, Lexmark, Panduit and the Global Social Innovators Forum.

David is the Advisory Committee member for BCM Institute.
